Ssiddheshh K Sawant: Framing a Dream – The Story Behind North Light Studio Ssiddheshh’s journey into the world of photography didn’t begin with a studio or a camera in hand — it began with quiet curiosity, a love for detail, and a deep connection with the natural world. His passion for photography started at a young age, but it was his love of cartoons, comics, anime, and art that really sparked his imagination. As a child, he spent countless hours sketching and doodling, always striving to bring his creative visions to life. Today, he brings this same level of passion and creativity to his photography, using his technical proficiency and artistic vision to create images that are both beautiful and impactful. After completing his B.Sc. in Information Technology, Ssiddheshh followed the conventional path and worked in the IT industry as a Software Engineer for two years. But even amid codes and systems, his heart beat for visuals, light, and stories. It didn’t take long for him to realize that his true passion lay behind the lens, not behind a screen. In 2017, Ssiddheshh took a bold leap—leaving his stable IT job to pursue a Mastercraftsman Diploma in Commercial Photography at the prestigious Shari Academy. It was during this time that he honed his technical and creative skills, transforming passion into precision. His talent quickly caught the eye of renowned photographer Mr. Jaideep Oberoi, with whom Ssiddheshh secured an assistantship even before completing his course. From 2019 to 2022, Ssiddheshh worked closely with Mr. Oberoi, gaining invaluable industry experience across genres like advertising, hospitality, architecture, and more. It was a period of learning, refinement, and discovery that ultimately shaped his vision for something greater. In 2023, he founded North Light Studio  — a full-service photo and video production company that brings stories to life through impactful visuals. Today, North Light Studio caters to clients across hospitality, architecture, food, product, lifestyle, real estate , and fashion , crafting tailored visual content for social media and commercial campaigns. What started as a quiet fascination with wildlife has evolved into a thriving visual storytelling brand — built with heart, grit, and a sharp creative eye. Ssiddheshh continues to blend his technical background with artistic intuition, helping brands see themselves in a new light — through the lens of North Light Studio.

  • Sejal Matalia

From Limitations to Liberation: The Empowering Journey of Sejal Matalia Rooted in Restriction Born into a conservative family in Kolkata, Sejal Matalia grew up in an environment where dreaming of a career was never encouraged. The idea of stepping out for work was beyond the realm of possibility – until life's circumstances pushed her beyond societal boundaries. A Forced Beginning, A New Identity Marriage took her to Chennai in 2001, where survival became the catalyst for action. With no roadmap, Sejal ventured into her very first job as a Life Insurance Agent. From there, she explored multiple roles – Guest Relations at the Taj Group, a back-office sales executive in a major trading house, corporate Hindi coach, home-based chocolatier, and even completed her MBA in Finance from Madras University. What started out as necessity slowly became a canvas for discovering her potential. Return, Realization & a Turning Point In 2009, back in Kolkata, she pursued a B.Ed. in Special Education (Mental Retardation), unknowingly inching closer to her purpose. It was during this phase that she first encountered Graphology – an introduction that stirred something deeper, though the path would remain paused for a while. A New Life in a Disliked City In 2011, Sejal remarried and moved to Mumbai – a city she once resisted. Life became centered around motherhood, and though externally content, she felt emotionally confined. During the COVID lockdown, these unresolved emotions spiraled into intense depression lasting over two months. Graphology – Her Anchor & Awakening When everything seemed to be slipping away, Graphology returned like a divine lifeline. She enrolled in a Handwriting Teacher's Training Program rooted in Graphology and began teaching handwriting online. By September 2020, she formally entered the world of Graphology, offering over 150 free handwriting analyses to master her skills and serve with sincerity. • Kareena Patel

A Soul Devoted to Healing Through Words and Wisdom In the vibrant city of Surat, Gujarat, lives Kareena — a woman whose journey is led by empathy, guided by purpose, and grounded in love. Starting from her initial days in Commerce, it soon became obvious to her that words, ideas, and symbols provided a real sense of inquisitiveness and a desire to explore deeper. Most people merely dream of exploring literature, writing a book, and understanding the symbols and numbers — but Kareena actually walked this very same path — nervously, but with conviction. She soon found that her deep inner interest lay in unravelling the “true human” inside all of us, and how this inner self subtly, yet undoubtedly, expresses itself in the way we write (Graphology), the numbers we manifest (Numerology), the means of self-reflection through cards (Tarot Reading), and the dreams we dream. We use these as forms of expression — of our fears, dreams, and hopes. She listened to the quiet calling of her soul — a pull toward the inner worlds of people, where emotions, patterns, and silent struggles often go unnoticed. The study of English Literature (M.A.) for Kareena meant once again choosing the path not taken — deeply studying the portrayal of animals, their behaviour, and their character in classic literature. Her thoughts took flight, and an interest in poetry — and an anthology of poems later published in a book — was a natural course. The road “always” taken then led her to a structured teaching path and a degree in Teaching (B.Ed.). Kareena is more than an accomplished academic — she is a healer of hearts, minds, and souls. Kareena’s path was never meant to stop at textbooks and blackboards. She listened to the quiet calling of her soul — a pull toward the inner worlds of people, where emotions, patterns, and silent struggles often go unnoticed. For Kareena, helping others is the truest expression of humanity. Her mission is clear: to reach as many people as she can, to be a light in their moments of confusion, and to gently nudge them in the right direction — with compassion, clarity, and care. And often, all it takes is a listening ear, a meaningful insight, or the warmth of a heartfelt smile. This romantic, poetic, and subtle pursuit is her inner DNA — her true north. None of this, Kareena says, would have been possible without the unwavering love and support of her family — her parents, her brother, and her husband. “They are the reason I’m able to do what I do. They help me to help others,” she says with quiet gratitude. Their belief in her became the foundation upon which she built her life’s work. Today, Kareena Patel continues her journey as a Graphologist, Numerologist, and Tarot Reader, with a heart wide open — teaching, guiding, and healing — one soul, one story, one smile at a time.

  • Neha Phatak Rakshas

To some, handwriting is just a way to communicate. But for Neha Phatak Rakshas , it is a window into the human spirit, revealing our fears, patterns, strengths, and untapped potential. A graphologist, graphotherapist and forensic handwriting and signature expert, Neha doesn’t just read letters. She listens to what they are trying to say. Over the last 22 years, she has helped thousands find clarity, resolve inner conflicts, and heal through the strokes of a pen. Her journey into graphology began in 2002, during her student life. She was deeply fascinated by handwriting analysis and began informally analysing the writing of classmates and friends. Even while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Pune University, M.Tech in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from IIT Bombay (2010–2012) and working across industries like logistics, analytics, banking, and finance, her passion for graphology continued to grow and she kept refining her graphology skills alongside. She kept analysing handwriting samples and helping her colleagues and peers. It always remained a side hustle — a quiet but constant force in her life — until it gradually transformed into a full-fledged practice. Through her company, Inside Ink Graphology Solutions, Neha began offering services that extended far beyond conventional handwriting analysis. She started helping people understand themselves and their challenges. From career guidance and compatibility assessments to emotional healing and graphotherapy, she provided support for students, working professionals, couples and individuals to choose the right path for their education, progress and succeed in their careers, solve relationship struggles and overcome issues like anxiety, fear, financial troubles, and even physical ailments like back pain and digestive problems. Her recruitment analysis and work performance assessment services support company owners and team managers in hiring suitable candidates and enhancing productivity and efficiency within their organizations. She is a trusted expert in forensic handwriting and signature verification. With over 100 forensic cases handled, her reports have helped resolve legal disputes, detect forgery, and confirm the authenticity of important documents in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Sindhi, French, Tamil, Arabic, Japanese and Khmer. Neha is not only a practitioner but also a teacher. She has conducted more than 50 graphology courses, empowering students from all walks of life. From homemakers to professionals, her students learn how to apply graphology in their personal and professional journeys. For her, teaching is not about sharing theory. It is about guiding transformation. Every handwriting sample she analyses is a story. Every student is a storyteller in the making. There are some moments she will never forget. Like the couple who reconsidered their divorce after a compatibility analysis helped them see the unspoken emotions they were both carrying. Or the Japanese client dealing with an obscure case of vandalism, where her detailed handwriting analysis helped pinpoint the culprit despite the language difference. Every case brings its own lessons. As Neha says, "I never find my work boring. Every script is different. Every mind is unique. Somewhere in those strokes, I find the answers they are searching for." One of Neha’s biggest challenges is that there are no set templates. Every case is unique. Instead of being deterred, she uses each case to sharpen her methods. She is building a growing reference manual from her past experiences to streamline her process while keeping every analysis personalised and precise. Her work has grown through trust, word-of-mouth, and repeat clients. In March 2024, she was honoured with the Business Excellence Award by The Success Today as the Most Promising Graphologist and Handwriting Analyst from Mumbai. She has been featured in Gujarat Midday Life Plus and The Navhind Times for her unique work. For Neha, being self-made means staying true to purpose, serving with integrity, and believing in the quiet power of transformation. It is about helping people realise that change begins with self-awareness. Not all breakthroughs are dramatic. Sometimes, they are written gently across the page. Through her website and her YouTube channel Graphology by Neha , she continues to share knowledge, create awareness, and guide individuals toward meaningful growth. Her mission is clear. • To make handwriting and signature analysis accessible, impactful, and solution-oriented. • To help people rewrite their lives with confidence and clarity. • To remind every individual that the answers they seek may already be in their own handwriting.

  • Pankhuri Jain

Pankhuri Jain: Rewriting Her Life, One Brave Chapter at a Time When most children are asked what they want to be when they grow up, their answers are clear—doctor, teacher, astronaut. But for Pankhuri Jain, the question never had a straightforward answer. Instead, it felt like a weight that lingered on her shoulders. She often wondered, “What do I really want?” That clarity came unexpectedly in 11th grade when she chose Psychology as an optional subject. For the first time, a subject didn’t just interest her—it sparked something within. Sitting in that very first class, she knew: This is what I want to do. But growing up in a conservative family in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, as the eldest daughter of the third generation, choosing Psychology wasn’t just unconventional—it was almost unthinkable. In a society that celebrated engineers, doctors, and businesspeople, her choice invited mockery and resistance. Still, she managed to convince her father—if she studied science alongside, she could pursue Psychology. But it was only a tactic to steer her away from it. With no mentor to guide her, restricted to study only in Indore, and with limited understanding of mental health careers in her surroundings, she gave in to circumstances and pursued BBA and MBA—believing that financial independence, at least, would be her strength. She worked as a guest faculty in management and got married at 25 to the love of her life. For a brief while, life felt settled. But eight days after giving birth to their son, her world turned upside down—her husband passed away in a tragic accident. In one moment, she lost her partner, her future, and the life they were building together. She was left at ground zero—emotionally, financially, and personally. But even in the wreckage, she found one reason to keep going—her newborn son. With therapy and sheer inner grit, she picked herself up and returned to work three months later. She knew she didn’t want to just survive—she wanted to live her dreams, no matter how late it was. She enrolled in a distance MA Psychology program while juggling multiple jobs—teaching, tuitions, dance classes, even an apparel business. But nothing gave her the satisfaction she craved—until she rediscovered a graphology book she had once bought in school. That old spark reignited her purpose. She pursued certification in it and then, step by step, entered the world of healing and intuitive sciences. Over the next few years, she became a graphologist, Tarot card reader, numerologist, life coach, art therapist, chakra and crystal healer. She worked on astrology platforms and with individual clients, constantly learning and growing. In 2022, on her late husband’s birthday, she launched Mindcrafting —a venture rooted in holistic healing, combining spirituality and psychology. Today, she works as a school counselor and psychology teacher, guiding young minds and helping them navigate life. She’s also the author of “30 and Unwritten” , a book that shares her journey of love, loss, healing, and rediscovery. She is a proud mother, and she often says, “My son became my strength, my reason to breathe again. He gave me the courage to give life a second chance.” Though many of her dreams—like studying in a globally reputed university—still remain unrealized, she hasn’t given up. She encourages students to pursue their passions without apology and hopes to someday fund education for those who lack resources and guidance. Therapy gave her a second life. Now, she dedicates her work to helping others heal through grief, trauma, and silent suffering. Pankhuri didn’t just rebuild her life— She’s still writing it, one brave chapter at a time. And she’s just getting started.

  • Sriram Manoharan

The Thinking Pattern That Defines Sriram Manoharan Sriram Manoharan isn't the type of person who approaches technology with excitement. Rather, he approaches it with curiosity. Not the kind who is always chasing after the latest and greatest, but the kind who genuinely wants to know how things work. Why do they work that way and not some other way? Why on the surface something feels simple but actually ends up being a real nightmare to deal with. That curiosity of his has stayed consistent throughout his career. As a first-generation entrepreneur with a strong tech background, his whole path was shaped by his own observations rather than by what most people would consider 'conventional'. By the time he was 24, he was already in his first leadership role. But more than just the responsibility, he learned from that, is a way of looking at how systems actually work, how teams function, and where the bottlenecks tend to pop up. Early Career Built on Exposure & Real-World Problem Solving He didn't start out as an entrepreneur. After completing his education at Loyola College between 1995 and 1998, he started working at Wipro Infotech - first as a Customer Support Lead. This job was all about problem-solving at the very basics; getting to the bottom of what users were struggling with, sorting out issues as they came up, and building reliability through consistency. This period of his career wasn't about strategy, it was about seeing how technology behaves in the hands of real users. From there, he made the move to Movate (formerly CSS Corp), where things took a big leap forward for him. As a Tech Manager, he was leading a team of over 100 network engineers who were supporting wireless products for all sorts of big-name companies - Linksys, Cisco, and Netgear, to name a few. Taking care of a team this size was never just about looking over peoples shoulders and making sure everything was running smoothly. It is also about setting up processes so you can keep things running day in and day out, making sure things keep moving forward even when you are not in the middle of it all. That was when he started to get a sense of how systems and people need to work together if you want things to scale and run smoothly. A Preference for Observation Over Speed He is not someone who rushes towards conclusions. Instead he likes to hang back, give things time to play out before deciding what is going on and spend a good amount of time understanding how things behave before deciding what kind of change might be needed. When you are in an environment where speed is often prioritized, that tendency stands out. It is not hesitation. It is a preference for clarity over immediacy. Understanding Scale Through Responsibility and Consistency At TCS, this perspective deepened. As a Project Manager, he was in charge of a 24x7 IT helpdesk project; the one point of contact for almost 9,000 global users. With a support system that big, and one that was always on, he had to be very disciplined and keep things running smoothly even when everything else around him was falling apart. Support work isn't something you get done in short stints, it is a marathon. That job reinforced a key understanding - scale is not just about growth, but about sustaining reliability. His time at IBM added another brick to that understanding. As Service Delivery Manager for IBM India's ITD-GD group, he had to keep the wheels of operational systems turning, And as a Senior Account Manager for the EMEA region, he led a 24/7 support team of 180 engineers working on critical operations for a massive global transport and logistics organization. These roles weren't just about telling people what to do, they were about making sure everything fit into place, making sure systems, teams and expectations all lined up across geographies all the time. Building With Intent and Choosing Independence When he decided to go ahead and start CONTUS TECH back in 2008, it was not driven by a sense of panic or urgency. What drove him was a clear idea of what he wanted to do. The beginning was modest - Two people working out of a 500-square-foot apartment, with an initial investment of USD 20,000. Growth came gradually, it was not one of those overnight success stories by any means. It was more like steady, consistent progress over time. Eventually the company kind of kept growing and expanding into a globally operating organization, with its solutions reaching millions of people. As the company grew to the size where most people would have cashed in, Sriram Manoharan chose to keep on going, staying independent. Despite multiple acquisition opportunities and external interest, there was no move to sell, no outside investors, no external interference of any kind. That decision says a lot about the kind of company, not just about wanting to keep the ownership but a preference for building and running things the way they always have been over the years. A Clear Belief in Simplifying Systems He doesn't seem all that bothered with unnecessary complexity. If there is a way to cut through to the heart of a problem and make things simpler, then that is what he would rather do. Not just because it is more efficient, but because he genuinely believes that systems should be there to support people, not to guilt them into doing things a certain way. That way of thinking extends to his view on technology too. He doesn't see AI as a replacement for human work but as a way to make it better. He thinks that the best use for AI is to take on the boring routine stuff that nobody really wants to do, freeing people up to focus on the decisions that make a difference. It is not about saving time so much as about redirecting it in a way that really adds value. When it comes to tackling problems, he tends to take a holistic approach. He doesn't try to isolate a single issue and then fix it in isolation, instead he tries to get a handle on how all the different bits fit together. How do changes in one area affect others? How does user behaviour change when a process gets streamlined? How does people's engagement change when things get easier to use? It is really about understanding the bigger picture - the chain of causes and effects that make up the problem in the first place Consistency in Work and Discipline in Daily Life As the head of growth, he focuses on building digital products and platforms that can grow without becoming difficult to manage. That approach is reflected across the systems he has been part of shaping, including platforms like MirrorFly, VPlayed, and GUDSHO, where scale is handled without adding unnecessary complexity. But what stands out is not just what gets built. It is how decisions are made along the way. There is zero reliance on making guesses and hoping for the best, every step is rooted in actual observation. People who have worked alongside him often notice a sense of steadiness that has been a constant in their experience. He doesn't switch decisions. Once he gets a handle on something, he tends to stick with it and keep refining it over the months. Outside of work, that same discipline carries over. Good health is a priority and he makes sure to put in his regular workouts at the gym and show up, no matter what the day brings. He likes having a routine, not a strict one, but a clear sense of direction. That shows up in how he works too - a consistent presence, steady effort, minimal distractions. A Journey Defined by Steady Decisions His journey does not revolve around defining moments. There is no single "aha" moment that turns everything upside down and changes everything overnight. Instead, it is the build up of small choices over time, like day after day choosing simplicity over needless complexity. Cutting down on dependencies where he can, and paying attention to how things are used in the real world, rather than just how they are designed. Over time, those choices begin to form a pattern. One that shows up in the actual work he does, and even more so in the way he approaches building things in the first place. That is where his personality starts to shine through. Not in titles he holds, or outcomes, but in the way he makes decisions - quietly, consistently, and with no unnecessary deviation.
