K. Georit George — Healing Through Movement, Mindfulness, and Compassion
In a world increasingly fragmented by stress, disconnection, and imbalance, K. Georit George stands as a unifier — of body, mind, and spirit. As the Director of NachoG Welfare Foundation and a passionate Holistic Healer, Georit has spent over a decade guiding individuals and communities toward well-being, resilience, and authentic living.
His journey into healing was never confined to a single discipline. With a Master's in Yogashastra and a background in Social Work, Georit combines the wisdom of ancient Indian sciences with modern therapeutic modalities. His qualifications include diplomas in Ayurveda and Panchakarma, certifications in Dry and Wet Cupping (Hijama), Dance Movement Therapy (DMT), and trauma-informed care through THR (Trauma Healing Resilience), Integrative Restoration (I-Rest USA), and Restorative Justice practices. But beyond degrees and certifications lies something far more impactful: the depth of his intention to help others heal.
Georit's work spans multiple dimensions of personal growth. He offers Yoga, Meditation, and Fitness programs, alongside Posture Correction and Movement Recovery. He uses dance not just as performance but as therapy — a means of reconnecting to one’s emotional core. Whether it’s helping clients navigate relationship challenges, chronic health issues, or emotional blockages, his approach is integrative, non-judgmental, and deeply personalized.
Currently pursuing his Postgraduate Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy, Georit is also a dedicated teacher of yoga and meditation at Holy Cross High School, sowing the seeds of mindfulness in the next generation. Through his foundation, he collaborates with NGOs, schools, organizations, and individuals, ensuring that healing is not limited to a privileged few but becomes a shared experience across all walks of life.
Clients often speak of Georit’s presence — calm, grounded, and empowering. He does not preach transformation; he facilitates it, allowing each person to rediscover their own inner compass through practices that align the body, soothe the mind, and awaken the soul.
From Chakra healing and energy field balancing to trauma release and creative expression through dance, K. Georit George’s offerings are as diverse as they are powerful. His story is a reminder that healing is not a single event — it is a journey of returning to wholeness, one breath, one movement, and one compassionate conversation at a time.
