She worked tirelessly, braving scorching sun and pouring rain, determined to create a nurturing space for children’s early education.

Pratibha’s dedication didn’t stop at establishing her preschool. Recognizing the critical shortage of scientifically-trained pre-school teachers, she upskilled herself, becoming a trainer for Montessori educators. Pursuing a doctorate in Early Childhood Education, she partnered with the International Montessori Teachers Training Institute (IMTTI) to establish a Montessori teachers' training institute. Today, over 500 teachers, both in India and abroad, have been trained under her guidance, impacting countless young lives.
Her contributions to child education have earned her prestigious accolades such as the Kharghar Bhushan and Mahatma Phule Award—recognition of her unwavering commitment and visionary leadership.
