Meet Pragati — an HR professional by title, a graphologist by passion, and a firm believer in the limitless power of will and determination. Her journey is not rooted in privilege or perfect planning, but in curiosity, courage, and an unwavering belief in becoming more than what the world expects. She is living proof that dreams aren't meant to be waited on — they are meant to be pursued by becoming the kind of person who draws them in.

Pragati was born and raised in a small town called Akot, nestled in Maharashtra’s Akola district. Like many bright kids, she did well in school, and her parents moved to Akola to give her better access to education. The next steps felt almost automatic — strong marks in science led her to pursue a B.Tech in Computer Science.

But deep inside, she was restless. While everyone else was getting excited about tech jobs and coding careers, she found herself drawn toward something different — something more human.

That spark led her to pursue an MBA in HR from Symbiosis University. And that’s where her story took a beautiful, unexpected turn.

While exploring the world of people and behavior in HR, Pragati came across Graphology — the science of analyzing handwriting. At first, it was just something that caught her eye. But soon, what felt like curiosity turned into a calling. She didn’t just learn it — she immersed herself in it.

Her journey was further enriched by the people she met and the places she explored along the way. Each interaction and every new city brought fresh perspectives — teaching her not just about others, but about herself. Travelling and connecting with different minds helped her see life with more depth, empathy, and meaning. It added color to her understanding of human behavior — something she brings into both her HR work and her graphology practice.

Today, Pragati wears many hats:

• A successful HR professional.

• A certified Advanced Graphologist.

• A trained Body Language Expert and Personality Assessor.

• A lifelong learner shaped by people, places, and purpose.

• And most importantly, a woman on a mission to inspire young girls to believe in their power.

She wants every girl out there — especially the ones from small towns like hers — to know: You don’t have to choose between logic and passion, career and creativity, safety and dreams. You are limitless, and this world is just waiting for you to realize it.
