Building Bridges Between Strategy and Self-Awareness
Pushyapradipti (Dipti) Y’s journey is one of alignment — of following the threads of curiosity, compassion, and courage to build something rooted in impact and inner truth.
Starting her academic path in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, Dipti’s interests evolved beyond algorithms and logic. She went on to pursue a Master’s in Fashion Technology from NIFT, where she explored systems, creativity, and design thinking — skills that would later become the backbone of her product management career.
Professionally, she led dynamic roles across industries — from apparel production with Raymonds and Silver Crest, to custom menswear at Tailorman, and later, as a Senior Product Manager at ThinkJS, an IT consultancy firm. In every space she entered, Dipti was known for her clarity, structure, and the ability to turn vision into execution. But despite external success, an inner voice began to grow louder: What about the emotional systems we live within? Who is designing for those?
What started as a personal inquiry soon became a purpose.
In 2022, she founded KnowThyWithin (KTW) — a mental wellness organization with a mission to create safe, stigma-free spaces for real conversations. Her vision? To make emotional well-being not just accessible, but aspirational. At KTW, Dipti serves as the Founder and Business Strategist, where she brings together her strategic acumen, design thinking, and lived empathy to lead everything from service design to partnerships and community experiences.
Her goal isn’t to “heal” others — it’s to build nurturing, culturally sensitive environments where people feel seen, heard, and supported by trained professionals. To that end, she is assembling a network of experienced mental health experts who provide counseling and coaching services — both online and in-person.
Beyond one-on-one support, KnowThyWithin also curates immersive wellness events for both communities and corporates. These aren’t traditional workshops — they’re deeply engaging, emotionally resonant experiences designed to inspire reflection, connection, and everyday well-being. Because according to her “Wellness is not a luxury — it’s a way of life!”
Dipti has further anchored her mission through certifications in Family Counseling, Marriage & Couples Therapy, Emotional Coaching, and Career Counseling. These learnings complement her own journey of emotional growth — helping her understand not just business systems, but human systems.
Her path hasn’t been easy — leaving behind the security of corporate roles, confronting uncertainty, and building from scratch demanded inner work and resilience. But it’s this exact journey that fuels her integrity and passion today. She leads with grounded ambition and a belief that mental wellness must be woven into the fabric of everyday life — not left for moments of crisis.
Dipti’s story is a reminder that strategy and empathy can coexist — and that creating change isn’t always loud or linear. Sometimes, it begins quietly — with one brave decision to live from within.
